#4 Roast beef don

 I don't have event to write blog last week.

So, I introduce restaurant.

I went to itadaki near Niigata station when I was high school student.

This main lunch menu is roast beef don!  

You can choose source of four one. Lemon, soy source, miso and umejiso.

I chose lemon source. It is so delicious and refreshing.

  I would like a bagel recipe from skinnytaste and written by Gina ( https://www.skinnytaste.com/easy-bagel-recipe/ ) . Bagels are a kind of bread.  I made four bagels in my kitchen for my breakfast. I chose the bagel recipe because I have wanted to make it since before. And, it was easy because the recipe does not boil and ferment.   I read the recipe five times before I made it.
