Online Recipe Review: Easy bagel
I would like a bagel recipe from skinnytaste and written by Gina (https://www.skinnytaste.com/easy-bagel-recipe/). Bagels are a kind of bread. I made four bagels in my kitchen for my breakfast. I chose the bagel recipe because I have wanted to make it since before. And, it was easy because the recipe does not boil and ferment.
I read the recipe five times before I made it. There was also a video, so it was easy to understand. At first, I thought the recipe was hard. But, I read the recipe and watch a video over and over, it is easier than I thought before. It took over an hour to make. 25 minutes to bake. I went to apita and uerusia to buy Ingredients. In the Ingredients, I couldn't buy only all-purpose flour. I read a Japanese bagel recipe and changed the bread flour. I could buy other ingredients.
There are three strengths of the recipe. First, only five ingredients. Second, you can arrange it by adding toppings. I added blueberry jam and sesame. Third, it contains a lot of protein because it is in Greek yogurt.
There are two weaknesses of the recipe. First, dough on hand when I knead. I knead on a plastic bag until the dough was together. Second, I felt a little sour taste. Maybe, to put yogurt in it.
This recipe is four stars of five stars (★★★★☆) because it was so easy to make bagels for the first time and it has only five ingredients. Toppings were introduced but, don’t write about how to add the topping.
It happened when it was made. When adding blueberry jam and then the dough was sticky by increasing moisture. I was worried about whether I would be able to complete it. But, I could complete the bagel. It was delicious and moti moti. In particular, I helped to explain very clearly . For example, it should knead until you don't leave dough on your hand.
